Terms and Conditions

Once a booking has been confirmed, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below for treatments or retreats:

Payment: You are kindly requested to make payment through the website.  Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the treatment. 

Cancellations: You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice from the start of the treatment appointment time to make any changes or cancellations without incurring charges. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in full payment for the cancelled session or, in the case of a no-show.

Waiver of Charges: I may, at my discretion, waive charges for missed or changed appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time, only in cases of emergencies. Please do not abuse this.

Late Arrival: If you are late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but the session will end at the agreed-upon time without adjustment to the fee.

Prices: Prices for treatments and retreats are subject to change without prior notification.

Refusal to Treat: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the client being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, recent surgery, inappropriate behaviour, illness, or medical contraindications.

Children: Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will provide signed consent for treatment and remain present during the session.

Medical Issues: Treatments provided are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting with their GP before starting any treatments and should not alter their medical treatment without prior discussion with a healthcare professional.

Personal Information: Personal information collected during treatment consultations is strictly confidential and used to tailor treatments. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the accuracy of this information.

Sensitive Information: Confidentiality is maintained during sessions, except in cases where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to the client or others. 

Guarantees: While benefits are typically observed, there are no guarantees of success or cure in energy healing. Clients may experience discomfort during the session, which is a natural part of the healing process.

Remote Working: Remote appointments are conducted following government recommendations and guidelines. Clients are advised to ensure the security of their personal details and maintain a suitable internet connection for the appointment. Instructions for technical requirements and safeguarding issues are provided to ensure a smooth session. Clients are advised to keep a copy of these instructions for reference.
