I want to help you live a high-vibrational life with ease and more significant amounts of joy and laughter as you evolve, heal and transform. One of the best ways is with distance healing, so I can reach you no matter where you live or how busy your schedule is (no travel time needed).
Our vibrational frequency determines what we attract into our field and how we experience our reality. For the best experience during your distance Reiki session, consider the following:
1. Stay hydrated by having a glass of water nearby before and after the session.
2. Create a soothing ambiance with candles or your favourite essential oils.
3. I will send you an MP3 meditation to follow while I am facilitating Reiki. Using headphones will give you the best experience, as the background music sounds so much better.
4. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the 60-minute session. Whether seated or lying down, ensure you feel at ease. Personally, I suggest lying down under a cozy blanket, but the choice is yours.
5. Stay open to receiving healing energy during the session.
During the session, you might experience gentle waves of energy, sensations of heat, cold, or tingling. Embrace these sensations as if receiving a warm embrace from the Universe. I'll call you on WhatsApp and provide feedback after 60 minutes. Remember to have a pen and paper handy so you can right down the feedback, or alternatively, you can record it on your phone if you like. 😊💫
