My Qualifications

I am an Usui/Holy Fire III World Peace Reiki Master, Master Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner, and Hypnotherapy Practitioner. My passion lies in helping others find balance, heal, and reconnect with their inner strength through practical and supportive methods.

After spending nine enriching months in Glasgow, I am delighted to be back in Hong Kong, a place I’ve called home for over 22 years. Originally from South Africa, I’ve been fortunate to live and work in six different countries, experiences that have shaped my deep appreciation for people from diverse backgrounds.

I’m a proud mom of two amazing children and the wife of an adventurous husband. In February 2023, I experienced the unimaginable loss of my youngest son in a tragic accident. His light shines brightly through all the things I do, guiding me on this journey of healing and empowering others. His love and inspiration remind me to approach every day with compassion and purpose.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of learning from wise and inspiring teachers worldwide. It’s my joy to share these lessons with my clients, offering them practical tools for stress relief, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
